Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

In stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Back ordered items ship in 10 to 15 business days. Exclusive lengths (24", 26", and 28") are made to order and shipping times vary. The estimate for your selection is shown right on the product page, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from California to over 25 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country. Do not see your country at checkout? Email us at info@serovahair.com and we will see what we can do.

Ordering

How do I choose my shade?

Match your extensions to the mid lengths and ends of your hair, not your roots. If you are between two shades, go with the lighter one. Our blonde, brown, and black shade guides walk through every shade. Still unsure? Email us a photo of your hair in natural light at info@serovahair.com and we will match you personally.

Which method is right for me?

Clip-ins are instant and commitment free. Tape-ins are lightweight and fast to install, perfect for volume. K-tips and I-tips are individual strands for the most natural movement. Wefts are the stylist favorite for full transformations. When in doubt, ask your stylist, or ask us.

How much hair do I need?

A full head is generally 100 to 150 grams. That is 2 to 3 packs of tape-ins (50g each), 4 to 6 packs of K-tips or I-tips (25g each), 1 to 2 bundles of weft (100g each), or one set of clip-ins (120g). For volume only, you can start with less. Every head of hair is different, so if you are unsure, ask a professional stylist, or email us and we will help you plan it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order has not shipped yet.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or worn hair. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Product & Care

What does Remy mean?

Remy means the hair is collected with every strand facing the same direction and the cuticle intact. It is the highest grade of human hair. It stays soft, resists tangling, and blends seamlessly because it behaves exactly like the hair on your head.

How do I care for my extensions?

Gentle cleansing with sulfate free products, a wide tooth comb, and care around the bonds. The full routine is on our Care Guide.

How long do extensions last?

With proper care, 6 to 12 months of regular wear.

Stylists

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Licensed stylists get wholesale pricing through our Stylist Program. Apply on the Stylist Program page and we will review your application personally.
